Postal service announces -
no stamp price changes for January 2025
A recommendation by Postmaster General Louis DeJoy not to raise prices in January 2025 for Market Dominant products, which includes First-Class Mail, was accepted by the Governors of the United States Postal Service.
Charlotte, NC Local Processing Center (LPC) -
Opening postponed
The opening of the Charlotte NC Local Processing Center, located at 1820 W Pointe Drive, Ste. A, Charlotte, NC, 28214-9106 has been postponed and will not begin receiving originating or destinating mail on November 23, 2024, as expected. Until further notice, all mail must be delivered to the Charlotte NC Regional Processing Distribution Center (RPDC) in Gastonia, NC.
USPS reports - year-end financial results
The Postal Service has reported its financial results for fiscal year 2024 (Oct. 1, 2023-Sept. 30, 2024).
Postal service recommends - New competitive prices for 2025
Today, the Postal Service filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) for Shipping Services price changes to take effect January 19, 2025.

Reminder - EVS shippers required to migrate to USPS ship by Feb. 1, 2025
Shippers enrolled in USPS Ship Pilot should access the Business Customer Gateway Shipping Services and Mailing Services tabs to enroll in USPS Ship Account Management, USPS Ship Disputes and Refund Requests, USPS Ship Reports, and Informed Delivery (IV-MTR) for data feeds.
