NPF 2026 Complimentary Registration Ticket: First-Time PCC Attendee Contest


Overview
The National Postal Customer Council (PCC) Program Office, in partnership with the National Postal Forum (NPF), is launching a contest to award five complimentary tickets to first-time NPF attendees from the PCC community. This initiative is part of our commitment to supporting professional development, encouraging community engagement, and growing PCC and NPF participation through creativity, innovation, and shared learning.

Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to PCC industry members only, and includes the following:
• Open to first-time NPF attendees only
• Entrants must be active participants in a recognized PCC
• Entrants must be members of PCC Voice on LinkedIn
• Entries must be original, creative, and align with the submission guidelines

Note: To participate in the contest, entrants must receive prior approval from their place of employment to attend NPF.

NPF Requirements
At NPF all contest winners are required to:
• Attend the NPF Orientation workshop
• Attend the PCC Reception
• Attend any PCC workshops (if offered)
• Spend a minimum of four hours assisting at the PCC Advisory Committee Booth in the Exhibit Hall

Winner Selection Process
Each submission is judged independently, and one winner will be selected from each category.

Contest Categories
Participants may enter each of the following categories ONE time.
Multiple entries in the same category will result in disqualification.

1. Essay
Prompt: “As a first-time attendee, how would you plan your event participation, maximize your experience, and choose your on-site priorities (PCC as well as other NPF activities)?”

Length: 300–500 words Judging Criteria: Insightfulness, organization, practicality, and passion/desire for the NPF experience

2. Missed Opportunity Reflection
Prompt: Submit a list of three or more workshops from NPF 2025 that you wish you could have attended. For each, include a short explanation of its value to you and your PCC. Select two workshops you hope will return in 2026 and why. Limit individual explanations to 100 words or less.

Judging Criteria: Thoughtfulness, and potential for professional growth and development

3. Educational Video
Objective: Create a short video (minimum 30 seconds) to educate and empower PCC members
Examples:
• How to effectively solicit funds for your PCC
• Best practices for managing a PCC Executive Board meeting
• How to develop a succession plan for your PCC
Judging Criteria: Clarity, educational value, creativity, and relevance to PCC growth

4. Mail Piece Design
Objective: Design a mail piece aimed at attracting first-time attendees to NPF

Format: Submit the mail piece as a PDF or image file clearly showing the front and back

Judging Criteria: Design appeal, message effectiveness, creativity, and marketing value

Submission Guidelines
• Contest kickoff: Friday, September 19, 2025
• Submission deadline: Friday, January 9, 2026
• Submit entries to: [email protected]
• Include: Your full name, PCC affiliation, contact information, and confirmation of first-time NPF attendee status
• File formats accepted: .PDF, .DOCX, .JPG, .MP4 (depending on category submission)

Judging and Selection
The judging panel will consist of PCC and NPF representatives. Submissions will be evaluated based on creativity, impact, alignment with PCC/NPF goals, and quality of execution. Winners will be notified via email and announced on PCC Voice. All submissions will be recognized through PCC Insider.

Awards
Each winner will receive:
• One complimentary registration to NPF 2026. Winner is responsible for travel expenses.
• Recognition through PCC communications.
• Opportunity to share their submission with the broader PCC network (optional).
