We are proud to announce Estelle Bell-Smith as The Greater St. Louis PCC Postal Member of the Year 2022! 

Estelle is always pleasant and helpful and an encouragement to anyone she can assist. She is patient and takes the time when providing advice and training to anyone with her knowledge, of USPS professionalism, the PCC networking and employment building skills.  

Estelle has been dedicated to the Postal Service from Mail Carrier to Customer Service Supervisor, to Customer Relations Coordinator all while helping and cooperating with the Postal Customer Council. She is always willing to help in any way she can, even when she has a full plate of her own. She helps to assist with our annual golf tournaments. She has assisted with many stamp unveilings for the USPS, but She played a key role in organizing the “Mighty Mississippi” stamp unveiling and provided a platform for the PCC to be recognized. She provided outstanding assistance for the PCC with the STL P&DC Plant Tour in March, we had 65 attendees. She has proven to be a staunch advocate for the PCC on may occasions. 

Estelle, the GSTL PCC is proud to have you as a member and supporter and wish you much great success as the new Customer Relations Specialist. We present to you today the local Postal PCC Postal Member of the year award for 2022.
